Age Requirement Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy Reservations may be canceled up to 6:00 PM (EST) on the day of arrival without penalty.Except during the months of June 2026 and July 2026. These dates may be canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. To be valid, all cancellations must be accompanied by an official cancellation number issued by the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel. No-shows and cancellations made after the deadline are subject to a charge equal to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
New Year’s Eve Exception For reservations on December 31, cancellations must be received by 6:00 PM (EST) on December 30 to avoid penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows for reservations will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
Acceptance of Terms By confirming this reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms in full. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the applicable laws of the State of New Jersey.
